Choosing an amp for my 2-way mono speaker

Hi there!
I'm new to this forum, looks like it's very active so I'm hoping I can get some help here!

I have started planning a somewhat complex first DIY audio project, but I will try to keep it short in this thread and keep to the proper subforums.

I have ordered these elements:
Tweeter:Dayton Audio AMT Mini-8 RMS 15W, 8 Ohm (ribbon)
Woofer: Dayton Audio ND91-8 RMS 30W max 60W, 8 Ohm (full range)

I have read so much about the gentle art of choosing the "best" amp, but there are a lot of contradicting information and I'm hoping to get help in choosing a good fit for me.

What kind of amp is good for me here? I'd like a chip-kind of amp since it will be built in to the box. I have looked into mono amps at around 60W, since I've read that you're better off with more power in the amp and don't risk clipping.
On the other hand I looked at this one: Cebek E-6 (35W RMS)
But in the manual it says: "The loudspeaker must to be 35 W (as minimum). Nevertheless, we suggest you to place a loudspeaker with 40 W. (as minimum power)." This is where I get confused🙂
But, I decided that this was a bit too expensive for me, the shipping to Sweden costs almost as much as the psu and the amp together..

What happens if I can't find a good mono amp, can I hook up the same input signal to both channels and run one speaker on each channel or something? How would you connect the crossover? Hmm..

Alright, hopefully I can get some clarity concerning this, and I'll start some other threads in regards to the other questions in the project😀
