Hello.I am using Payoneer for my paypal funds withdrawings which i earn from ebay.But it charges 1% for every withdraw and 3,15USD plus 1,8% when withdraw from ATM out of USA.So it makes about 3% of total money.I am not a US citizen.Can you advice a cheaper prepaid card for non US citizens for paypal payments?I am withdrawing about 10-15k USD a month.Thank you
Hi.It takes about 5-6 days to get the money and also paypal does not give USD to the banks in Turkey and their exchange rate is about 3% too.For example 1USD is 1,8Turkish lira but paypal says it is 1,74 Turkish Lira when withdraw to Turkey bank.
