cheapest subwoofer plate amp ever?

I am sorry for the double posting in this forum... but my other topic is basically not related... and this may attract more attention.

Anyway, I need help! I am into a subwoofer project... and need an amp in the worst way. I have roughly $50 (less really... but could barely sqeeze out $50) to spend on a plate amp or something similar. I really don't want to build one since I will have issues finding an enclosure for the finished product, and my heatsinking would be inadequate at best. So, I would like to buy a nice cheap amp... on the Apex Junior site, I saw a bunch of amps that were really low priced, but I worry about that since I really don't know what I am getting. My woofer can take 115W max, so it is not the greatest sub ever, but I already have a 440W one, and am just interested in adding a little output down low. If the amp has no xover in it, I will use a 12dB/octave xover @100Hz. Does anyone know where I can get such a cheap sub amp? Thanks a lot! 🙂

EDIT: Heck, for that matter, if you know of any amps, not necessarily plate types that will put out 100+W into 8-ohms and are under $50, tell them too! Plate is preferred, but any will do- I just need an amp. 😉
