Cheap CD as a transport

Could you recommend me CD which has this features:
a) reads CDR, CDRW and scratched discs - the most important
b) has coaxial output

What would be better - technics, philips, sony or something else? I'm going to use it as a transport - I'm not going to listen it so sound is unimportant 🙂

Maybe Philips CD723. Cheap. Has digital out, not optical but RCA.
