Chassis Ground question (provided schematic)

I purchased a plastic project box from Radio Shack and have all the components ready to put together but I am confused at the diagram. Everything makes sense except the chassis ground part. Shown below -

The chassis ground coming off of the sleeve.....where does it connect to? It's plastic and also doesn't require power. Any tips on what I am supposed to connect it to? Thank you.

Just connect all the sleeves together and that's it.

FYI that's 'pictorial', not a schematic. Bill Fuss' answer is correct.

Correct 😉 Chassis Ground is for metal boxes. Do as Bill Fuss says
