Chassis custom mill work on the heatsink

I didn’t see an option for this in the store, but can you do through holes with a countersink or bored out front side? The use case is for mounting amps that attach to the heat sink with a blind hole, so the screw access is from the fin side, not the back side. (Specifically, some hypex UCD modules I have).
