Change OP Amps in Xonar Essence One

Is that a good idea to change all the OP Amps (11 pieces) to LME49720HA

But i dont know about the function of OP Amps and the importance to change all OP Amps to the same type. Is bether to choose other Amps for Low Pass Filters? I dont know about all that.

It depends what is in there, and what they are used for, and how they are used.

Swapping without seeing the circuit details and having a scope to check the basics such as stability could be a recipe for disaster.
