Guys I have 15 " LCD monitor which can not change the size of the X and Y axes. I looked for a software and I found Powerstrip which changes the porches but the monitor re-adjustes it size back...........technicaly is there a software that can make my 15" monitor to show 13" picture?
I forget which 15" I fitted in my PJ, was a while ago now. Anyway on mine there's a menu option on the montor itself that allows you to enable or disable automatic resizing, when enabled a smaller res is scaled to fit the entire screen rather than the correct size being shown centered.
