The Finnish company Unmonday was launched circa 2011 with nice-looking ceramic speakers based on the Alpair 10M driver. In summer 2016 they went bankrupt and their stock of parts was sold. Now those parts are appearing on Finnish classifieds and Ebay.
I won two of those kits:

The general idea is that the white octopus part and the white ring must be glued to the ceramic shell. What glue should I use ? The speaker is a sealed box and I guess that the internal air pressure can tear away the white ring with the driver. Also, should I stuff the speaker ?

I chopped the plastic legs of the rear cover.
I found a nice damping material - memory foam with adhesive. It is used in car audio.
