CD73 Marantz - The LED display is not working properly.

Próbuję sprawdzić Marantza CD73.
Do co mniej dziwnego. Podczas pracy nie świeci się 1 dioda LED z górnego związku. Czasami po przesłaniu płyty jest trochę zrzędliwy i brudny. Diody też potrafią wariować, np. migotać, ale to nie są zimne luty. Jeśli zaprogramuję utwory np. 3, 5,7 i dołączę badanie dźwięku i wszystko inne działa prawidłowo. Elektrolity są wymienione na wszystkich PCB. Z zasilacza wyprowadź prawidłowe napięcie. Trzymam się na ślepo MAB8420 więc mam na schemacie i właściwie jest na MAB8440P a na płycie CD MAB8440PB. Jakieś pomysły, czy któraś z Was już tak miała?

I'm trying to check out the Marantz CD73.
To what is less surprising. During operation, 1 LED from the upper compound does not light up. Sometimes after uploading a disc, it is a little grumpy and dirty. LEDs can also go crazy, e.g. flicker, but these are not cold Februarys. If I program tracks like 3, 5,7 and include a sound test and everything else works fine. Electrolytes are listed on all PCBs. Output the correct voltage from the power supply. I keep blindly MAB8420 so I have on the diagram and actually it is on MAB8440P and on CD MAB8440PB. Any ideas, did any of you already have that?

I re-did a CD-73 recently. These wonderful CD players were really never built for serviceability.

The green LED's can get dim. With great patience, I swapped them all our for new. Before you do that replace ALL the electrolytic capacitors in the unit - especially in the power supply. And check ALL the circuit board connectors. I used a little "Kontakt 60" on them.

After you rule out power supply instability and bad connections, if some of the green LED's are still dim, then it's because they have aged. Live with it or swap them all out.

Hello, thank you for the hint CD It's working as it should now. The problem was the PU50 PCB. I cleaned it in ultrasonics, replaced the tackswitch and it went away like a hand. Regards.
