I just got a YBA Complete which uses a Sony drive. I can push the door open button and it opens and stays open, but if I push it to close the door it closes and reopens and cycles like that until I power down.
Has anyone had that problem? If so how did you resolve it?

Yeah. Bad switch. Look closely at the mechanism on the inside of the CD player. You'll find a switch that's engaged when the drawer is fully open and likely another that's engaged when the drawer is fully closed. The one that registers when the drawer is fully open probably has dirty contacts or has failed.

In this case it is the other switch (the fully closed switch) which must be at fault.
