I have a local source I have been using for cases and rack mount cases. In-house powder coating capabilities and will also cut the rear panel and punch/drill any holes needed on the lower panels if you would like so that the install is perfect and fast. The pricing and quality is excellent, I am not a fan of the handles and will be having the machine shop run some nice thick ones also and once its programmed I will show you the pictures if you want beefier handles addition runs will be cheaper and faster then the first. I am shipping from NJ so however fast you need them I can ship any size within the same day. I attached a picture of a 5U rack mount enclosure for you to look at, face plate is still raw AL because I am adding some detailed mill working and a touch screen controller for it. I can do the whole thing with additional milling on the faceplate if you like or you can keep it in the rough or all in black powder coating. Custom racks and faceplates are also available and save some cash over the prices charged by Mid Atlantic. Prices vary on how many large the enclosure is, any additional work, depth etc, but I am confident you will not find a better enclosure for the money.
