If you need a 47uF 160v bypass cap and can only find one with a higher voltage value, is that ok? Any recommendations on a high quality 47uF 160v and 100uF 100v bypass cap?
Yep that's fine - but never go under the existing voltage rating.
Panasonic FC (or FM) types are fine 'real world' priced caps that would do well here. Not keen on Elna Silmics, but the (again reasonably priced) Nichicon KZ series are very nice caps also.
