I’m working on a large amp rebuilding it since it had a lot of damage to it when it blew .
The large blue caps which are marked 106k 250 volt I believe are 10uf caps .
The rating is + or - 10%
I have a couple of the caps measuring around 8uf .
The rest of them measure right around 10uf .
Should I replace the ones reading around 8uf ?

If you know that they're out of tolerance, how can you not replace them if this is for a paying customer?
