Car active crossover is cheaper from home version,but I don't now sound quality for these. Difference in sound?
Yes you just need to come up with a 12v DC supply for it... which should not be too difficult. But...

Car active crossover is cheaper for a reason. Yes, sound quality will be lower. It was made with cheaper operation amplifiers (and there is many in signal path) and cheaper capacitors (and there is many in signal path).
