Can I stack PCM56's ( like you can stack TDA1543's ) ?
Would I connect the supply, inputs and output pins together leaving the others un-paralleled?

Yes you can, I have 4 per channel still,
if it is inside a cd player, make sure the psu can deliver the current.
Some players have shuntregs that are weak.
Connect MSB adjust network on one chip per channel only. Parallel V-out pins could make some problems, better use passive I/V and parallel I-out.
