Can I bypass active PFC circuit

Hi. I think I have an active pfc controller board that is giving me problems. The board is soldered SIL to the main smps board. I would like to confirm whether the fault is in fact with the PFC circuit or not. It uses the IR1150s chip. Is there a way to bypass it???

Check out the schematic - it is already bypassed by a diode, and by the boost inductor. There should be a decently large electrolytic cap on the PSU. Check the voltage across that.
