Can a 555 negative supply circuit, like the one below I pulled from another schematic, supply enough negative voltage to a LM324 and a AD736JN? I'm using a 9v battery for power. The LM324 needs supply current of 3mA and the AD736JNZ 200uA. The Circuit I got it from was supplying 1 TL072. The schematic I'm trying to build is using a MAX680 charge pump from 2 - 1.5v cells supply, but the MAX680 is a little too expensive.
