Cambridge 640a v2 fault requiring service DC

Hi guys. I recently bought a Cambridge 640a v2 amplifier and I have a problem with a flashing LED. When you turn it on, you hear a click and after a while it goes into standby mode. diode signal shows an error requiring DC service. I checked R42, I am publishing photos of the measurements. Could this be the reason?

Why would you suspect R42? It is in the headphone amp circuit and unlikely to be the cause of any problem. You can not reliably measure resistors in circuit as interaction with other parts gives incorrect results.

Begin by checking all the supplies are correct and also that the DC offset as measured at each power amp output on the board is zero.
