Hi everybody. I'm using a Cambridge Audio CXN Network player. I've bought it new. Sometimes (rarely to tell the truth) right channel stops to sound. I've tried to change cables and amplifier but the problem remains. The frequency is absolutely random, it works fine for many days, than suddenly right channel becomes mute. I've sent it to italian assistance. They have heard it for several days but no problem was highlighetd. Anyway a relais was changed. After days that I had back it the problem came back, only one time. After this all fine. Does anybody have the same problem? Thanks.
You may want to try a different source for a while like a USB stick with the same music files.
You haven't mentioned how you are streaming such as via Wi Fi from a NAS or computer. I had issues with Wi Fi from a NAS where the song would stop and start again or play a different track. This happened after the ISP plan went to the NBN in Australia and went from a Netgear router to a Technicolor supplied by the ISP and had IMO had stability issues. I ended up hard wiring the CXN from the router via ethernet and have had no problems since.
Make sure the firmware is up to date and start by doing a factory reset.

You're right. I've used CXN both with external USB HD directly connected with player and DAB Radio. Never with wi fi connection. So I don't think it is a matter of signal transmission. Firmware is updated to the last version. Yestereday I've listend for a couple of hour without problems. As said, after repair with relais substitution, I've had only once the problem.
