ok, i assume i should look at gain = R2/R1 for this right? in the national schmatic for the lm3886 there are parts for forcing unity gain at DC. i was wondering how to calculate these values if you wanted to use different resistor values. i've got the PCB design pretty well done, it comes out to 3" by 2" and this includes a half inch so i can easily mount the board to the heatsinks. i have holes set so any cap up to 1" long will fit.
Hi,
DC decoupling cap make high pass filter 6dB/oct. For -3dB point you can calculate
C=1/2/pi/f/R1, for 10Hz and 10K for R1, C is 1,6uF.
