Hi all,
Does anyone know if there is a free program available that can calculate box dimensions (Height x Width x Depth) if I input a box volume?
Or, even better... If I were to input the required box volume and a number for either the Height, Width, or Depth it would calculate the other two dimensions?
This would allow me to play around creating different sizes and shapes... say if I want to make a tall narrow tower shape or more of a wider square shape.
Your advice and comments are appreciated!

sure WinISD alpha could handle most of that. Have you tried it?
They use 2 shapes close to 'optimum' dimensions.

I've been using WinISD for years to do this. It's very good at it. But you do have to have a starting volume....
Box Ratio and Standing Waves
Here is an internal box dimension calculator. WinISD also uses the golden ratio 1.62 to minimize additive standing waves. They call it "optimum" but there are other ratios that are certainly worse.
