I'm not able to draw in autocad, and I'm looking for a program that allows me to draw the cabinet loudspeakers in a simple way.
this program should also have the possibility to create the number and shape of the panels to be assembled
There is stuff not too hard to learn?

What ever happened to a pen and paper?
There's always sketchup
AutoCAD is honestly one of the easier programs out there, but it still takes 6 months or so for a basic level of proficiency. New learners often need a frame of reference or a place to start if they don't understand cartesian/polar coordinates, basic drafting techniques, etc... cadtutor.net is a helpful place for these rank beginners.
I am always amused when people I work with see my drawings, decide AutoCAD must be easy, then download a bootleg copy and can't even draw a line... Often the reaction is "why do you use such a hard program?", as opposed to appreciating that it takes some actual skill to do it right. People wouldn't have the same reaction with just about any other software (SQL, Oracle etc...), so I really don't understand what it is about drawing software...

It sounds like you're considering having some panels CNC milled. Talk to your CNC people and ask what formats they support: some want solidworks files, some want a 2D DXF outline of the panels, it varies.
