building my own 5.1 surround sound speakers

Hello i have some questions about how i should go about this before i start buying and connecting stuff that shouldnt go together.

im fairly new to connecting this style of speakers but here was my ideas about it.
my reciever right now pumps out 75w per channel and is looking for 8ohms resistance.
to get the best range and sound my plan was this please correct me if i should be doing something differently because like i said im not 100% sure on how this all should work.

Center: 4 full range speakers
Front L/R: 2 full range speakers (each)
Rear L/R: 1 tweeter, 2 mid-range, 1 woofer, 3-way crossover (each)

i was going to add a subwoofer to this list but decided the one i already have sounds really well already so no need to change it.

please tell me if this is a good idea or if i need to change things. i dont want to get this all put together just for it to sound like garbage after all that work. thanks so much guys.

so are you saying to use just one speaker per channel? or saying to not worry about the crossovers and just only use full range speakers?

my reciever is a dennon i dont know the model or anything since i am actually at work right now.

and as for my woodworking skills i am actually very skilled in that area. im also pretty skilled in car audio but not very skilled in home audio or home theater audio. thank you for your response btw i really appreciate it.

Yes, Having different sounding speakers producing the same signal can be detrimental to the overall affect of surround sound. Best to have 5 of the same. FR are more than good enough for HT.
Crossovers are a whole 'nother ballgame. Don't try without help. Do not buy ready made.
Your average sized room will work well with 6.5" FR speakers as you already have the woofer.
What is your budget for just the drivers, not the cabinets?

is there any problem getting my drivers from newark.com ? i have a friend who told me to get stuff from there i guess its where he gets his stuff for making guitar cabinets because apparently he says the prices are insanely low for how high the quality is but i dont really know.
