I'm building a PC-1 'clone' (that is, a clone of the Jeff Rowland PC-1 power conditioning module). Even thought JRDG uses the rev 'C' modules, it seems the rev 'B' modules have the same specs and footprint. It seems a fellow in Taiwan is selling the same things with success (rev 'b' modules, packaged up).
Since there is not a ground terminal on the OPS PFC modules (just Line/Netrual in, and Line+ and Line- out) I am assuming the case is grounded. For my 3 pin IEC connectors (in and out), I plan on grounding the metal case, to the pin, in a star fashion.
(1) any concerns with this?
(2) does anybody have experience doing this, with these modules? (yes - I know to set my JR amps' fuse to '240V'
