Building a digital only DSP for rephasing and FIR

Hello,
I'd like to build my own solution to manage rephase FIR in a high-end audio system.
My requirements are:
- digital in and digital out in USB/AES/Opt/Coax format
- 24 bits / 192 Khz
- a 16x2 screen and control buttons
- no ADC/DAC

I looked at the solutions from :
- minidsp : the DIGI-FP board looks great and is exactly what I need from a connectors side, except it's laking USB out connector. I could use the USB-IN to redirect to a USB to I2S conversion card. However, no LCD display available, no USB out and sound quality seems not to be the best
- NAJDA : too many analogic outputs that I don't need, no built-in board with digital output as the mini-dsp, the software seems to be so, so.
- HYPEX : same comments as Najda, except that the software needs to be better. Also it seems to manage only 96 Khz in filtering rates.

Have I missed some other manufacturers that could provide me with what I need ? I think that an Hypex with the LCD control and the DIGI-FP board would be perfect, has anyone manage to assemble this ?

Thanks in advance for your help...
