Building a 6s45P amp - transformer help

Hi,
I´m building a SE 6s45P amp similar to this Singularity and have a couple of questions:

For a filament transformer I have a 12,7v lying around, would it be advisable to heat two tubes in series? Will individual tube differences cause drift?

For output transformers I am considering Edcor GXSE10-6-5K which is only 6ohm out. I am guessing that 6ohm output is a happy middle when I have several speakers ranging from 3,6 ohm to 6 ohm to 8 ohm.

Anode load is 5K, operating point 150v, 30mA
