I see four rectifiers in a To247, part number FEP30DP,
common cathode.

Four sets of diodes in common cathode, have you
seem this configuration to form a standard bridge
rectifier *or* is this a more exotic DC-DC converter
design ?

I've known diy psu's where builders used a similar setup and wired both diodes in each case parallel to form 1 rectifier bridge.
