Bridge of Zen and Aleph J

I built 5 years ago the zen amp V1 and the pre amp BoZ (Bridge Of Zen) and I think to build the amp Aleph J.

I would like to know if the pre amp BoZ is suitable for the amp Aleph J.

If no, which one is suitable?

- Input impendance of the Aleph J (according to the manual) is 242K

- Do you have a volume control in the BOZ ? On the output ? Value ? (See page 2 of the SM)

my preference is to drive Alephs with balanced input, in which case an AlephP might be a choice if additional gain is required (or conversion from unbal-to-bal).

Are you intending to bridge Zen amp , or you are working on some marriage arrangement here ?

BOZ as Bride of Zen ("bridge" was probably a misnomer)

If the boz is suitable for the amp Aleph J, I would like to couple it to this one
otherwise I will have to make a suitable one for the amp Aleph
And my zen amp will be unplugged.

but I will prefer to keep the BoZ if it is possible.

It's suitable. You can always built another preamp later if you want / need

BOZ is completely adequate for any Aleph
