Bridge Hypex UCD36MP ?

Hello,

is it possible to bridge to channels from a UCD36MP ?
So, to achieve a 5-channel System for an active 2-Way + Sub.

I would suggest to invert the input signal for the second channel,
and connect on pin on the output to each other.
Of course, load not lower than 8 Ohm.

Are there any restrictions, not to do that ?

Cheers
Toby

Hi,
I have got two of these modules. I have tried to bridge them and it works, but I thought I would get a 6dB voltage gain. I am getting the same total voltage gain in bridged as in single . I am running a single ended source so the input is single ended.
I have tried with two different buffers. One is the instrumentation amplifier proposed by Hypex and the other is the DRV 134 from TI. I am using Arta to measure the voltage gain and I do have a small transformer in between to get galvanic isolation when measuring the two hot signals when bridging.
