Break-in in carboard boxes?

Hi!

Hopefully i will get a pair of CSS EL70's in the near future. But, it will take a long time until my boxes are finished and i've read of putting them in cardboard boxes.
Is it a good idea to break them in using a cardboard box?
Any recommended size? Does it have to be fully sealed? Any other recommendations?

If you were breaking in using cardboard packaging boxes as an enclosure, you'll likely find it's very leaky. Hence, you'd be just as well breaking them in free air, being observant of cone movement. It's also quieter this way 🙂
