Is it quite common for different calculators to plot speaker response differently?
I've tried 3 different ones and they all tell me different things!

Well you can only enter the TS parameters in the relevant area's with all the programs.
WinlSD, Unibox and an online one aswell, mh-audio.nl is what I tried but everyone gave me a different outcome using the same parameters.

This is almost always a combination of operator error and different programs having different default assumptions that aren't well explained to the operator.
Share your T/S and that box volumes / tuning frequencies spit out by the programs. Add links to the programs...
