Looks like fairly standard stuff, try these great free books instead.
Technical books online
Technical Books Online has it all and more. If you want quality, make a copy of the Williamson Amplifier from 1949. Excelent!
A valve amplifier is only as good as the way the tranformers are wound. If you have an output transformer made with five split bobbins in the primaries and secondaries, the efficiency is far greater with less loss than single bobbin. Not cheap but well worth the money. Make sure the E I plates are interleaved correctly and if output transformer, ensure there is a air gap to stop the iron from saturating with a DC load.
Technical Books Online, explain what I mean precisely and go into detail.
