In 1997 I took my son to visit your fair country. On one of our day outings we visited the Kinderdijk and had lunch at the local tavern. Wouldn't you know it, but the "dam inspector" was at the bar. After a couple of schnapps (I guess, but perhaps it was oude jenever) he went back out to inspect for leaks. I guess that your visual faculties improve with stim.
