I have an old xtant amp that uses these transistors. Looking at the datasheet the breakdown voltage on these parts is very high in comparison to the voltages really present in this amp. Has anyone run across a suitable substitute, it looks like these have a relatively low capacitance. Would anything I find with similar capacitance and a high enough voltage rating work OK in this amp?
These people have them in over 1000 piece quantities. This is where I got my last ones from, Ask for Kun if you call..tell him Cecil sent you...I think they have $25.00 or $50.00 minimum orders though..

I found them from a few places as well. These were used as video output transistors in the days of CRT TV's.
