I'm going to build tapered TL subwoofer.
Driver parameter is like this:
fs= 37,328 Hz
Re= 6 ohms
Lvc= ? mH, is this Le and how to calculate this?
Bl= ? n/a, how to calculate this?
Sd= 350 cm2
Vas= 31,839 liter, is this same as Vd in MJK Mathcad?
Qes= 0,449, = Qed?
Qms= 3,121, = Qmd?
Qts= 0,393, = Qtd?
L= 80"
driver position= 0,1"
So= 4*Sd
Sl= 1*Sd
density= 0,2 lb/ft3
From MJK mathcad (I use TL offset driver.mcd for calc, is it right for tapered TL?) there are 12 graph and only one of it I know (sort of) what it means, that is:
Farfield TL Sound pressure level.
The result shows flat freq. resp. from 30Hz to 100Hz and I think this is very good, am I right?
How about another 11 graphs? Is it showing good result too?
Should I use graph result from MJK TL offset driver using Focal 8V 4412 as reference?
Please, I need your comment and advice for this, before I start woodwork.
