Sorry if this has been asked before, but I was wondering where the best place is to shop online for DIY speaker parts? I know about Parts Express but I was wondering if there are other places like Parts Express so that I can have more options?

Thanks in advance. 🙂

Oh btw, you guys wouldn't know a place that might sell copper colored 🙂)) drivers would you? Something similar to what Klipsch uses in their reference series...

Just like the drivers in these

Madisound.com is a company that has been around for a long time and has a great selection of interesting brands.

I could be wrong, but I doubt that the Klipsch cones are copper, that would be pretty heavy. Probably copper colored or a thin layer.

Yah I'm basically looking for good drivers with that color.

Where can I find Klipsch replacement parts?

Presumably directly from Klipsch or one of their distributors. Honestly though I can't understand the fixation on the driver color, I would try to find the best fitting driver for the available money with color being a secondary consideration at best. That said I have heard good things about the Hi Vi stuff, no direct experience of it though.

I find Madisound very easy to deal with, online ordering is straightforward and they have a variety of shipping options.
Prices are reasonable.

I also enjoy ordering from madisound and they have been a pleasure to deal with when I had a damaged shippment.

Partsexpress.com also will do the trick and I have ordered from them many times, they also have more other stuff.

Northcreekaudio has some stuff.

diycable also has some nice parts

as does

also one other place I cant remember at the moment

speakercity has some stuff but I havent ordered from them

best of luck

Oh no I totally agree. Those drivers are very nice but there are certainly better options which is why I've decided for quality over aesthetics. I was just hoping that some of the best drivers would come in that color. Color is most definitely secondary, when you're gaming and watching movies you aren't that worried about the color of your drivers, but how they sound. 🙂
