I want to put some kind of t-amp in my Harley dresser and am wondering what the best bet would be? I've seen the high priced Hawg Wired stuff and wondered if reboxing a Trends ta-10, building one of the 41 Hz kits or just re-boxing a sonic impact would be the best way to go? The bikes vibrate a lot, especially the fairing area and I don't know how fragile some of this stuff is.
Thanks,
Thanks,
Try one of these....
Try one of these:
Lepai T-Amp
They are relatively cheap, come in an aluminium case and are ready to go. They don't look as smart or fancy as some of the more expensive items but they have that "auto/motor" look about them.

As far as I know - they are only available from one supplier....."Eric" in Hong Kong. I have no idea where he gets them and I can't find any other infomation on them apart from what is on this forum.
It would probably cost you about $45 including shipping (just going on what it has cost the rest of us). If you are interested, send me a Private Mail and I'll give you his contact details so you can get specifics from him.
Just another thought.....before you decide......maybe you should join the thread on this amp (the one I posted the link to) and ask the opinion of those who have opened there amps if they think it will be robust enough to withstand the vibrations.
