What's your favourite games to play on giant panoramics? i have to say i reckon cinema screens must be really great for slow simulation, walking around jungles, tropical islands, driving, flying...
colin macrae rally 3 looks pretty excellent at XGA, just got a demo version from a magazine trial. nothing like squashing real sized people in a driving game 🙂
i'm looking for a modern version of wipeout for something even more blinding. what's the best, F1 v3? il2 sturmovich?(have yet to try) winamp avs? dinausaurs? know anything stereoscopic worth trying?

I used to find myself playing a nice game of Crazy Taxi (Dreamcast) on it a lot... now I find myself playing Crazy Taxi: High Roller (XBox) too much. If light guns could work with LCD, I'd be playing Virtua Cop or Time Crisis games.
umm... i'd say the best kinds of games to play on big screens would be rpg like final fantasy 10 and knights of the old republic ,
also I know tat this is off the subject but i have a chance to get a ibm 14.1" lcd screen for $40 U.S , its for a computer but i could always get a vga box,

My wife and I love playing DOA3 on the big screen its like they are fighting in my living room. Also when my buds come over there is nothing like a good game of Halo. Now with he big screen my friends and I each have our own 60" tvs in 4 player mode! I want to try out the new project gothem racing it will be like the cars are parked in my living room. It will be the closest I will ever get to some of those cars LOL.

I think that Devil May Cry would look pretty awsome on a big tv, loadsa good graphics flying over the place to test ure screens speed lol

Halo, of course..but I need to get my shadows brighter on it, as we can just hide in shadows and snipe...it gets pretty annoying.
I must say the most fun I've had is using emulators on my xbox to play old Genesis games though. You can't beat sonic when he's the size of two of your heads..lol.

I like to play flight simulators i wish they had a thing with a bunch of screens all the way around you for a totally 3d experience.
they have these things! although the drivers that divide an image into several sections are a bit of a dilemna. all you would require is one of the boxes used for multipart signals and 3 projectors
quake 3 urban terror online is pretty sweet
i love it when you shoot someones head off as they are running by and they get 2 or 3 more steps before they fall its awesome!!!

Oh, I forgot to mention that the only thing that would get my girlfriend to even want to look at the projector was that I had Soul Calibur setup as she walked in. She loves that game more than she loves me 😛 She played till the bulb died. I'm not a fan of fighting games, but it was the only way I could get her to look passed all the mess in my room and see the results.
