BD243c / BD244c replacements.

I'm building an amplifier and have used BD243c/244c. I'm thinking that there ought be better driveres, than the old BD's, but I can't find any.

The teknical data: 70 v and linier op to 2A, with a max of at least 5 A.

Any ideas?

Take a look at the BD911/912, i the past i have used them to substute the BD243

Better look for newer and better at ON SEMI site. Just search audio transistor.
