I think the test current for most DMM "Diode" functions is about 1 mA - So the BAT85 probably shows around 250 mV (say, 200 mV to 300 mV) in forward conduction at typical room temperatures. Reverse biased resistance readings under 1 megohm or so point to high reverse leakage current.

Assuming "no reading" means "Out of Range" or something similar, those numbers look like it's in great shape.it reads 0.217 in one direction and no reading in the other direction so it's ok?
