I can to repair it, I have an experience with 6S33S with two amps. /I am from Europe/ but now I am in USA to January.....We are in EU and we haven't custom taxes.

Helo atmasphere.The problem with bat is the 4x green diode before 6c33c tube begin blink when I take higher volume or come big mass bas.This is on higher volume.I write to Khomenko and he say Im over stress the amp.on high volume.I get basic diagnostic measurements and I do it but he say its almost ok with measurements and this is not a problem,I can send you or write here if you want.thx for interesting 😉
p.s:what you mean about failure in output tube sockets they are already resolved and I squeeze and clean all the sticks in all tube sockets,they need to be change?

What kind of sours You use in input of Your amp? Some sources have output signal about 2 and more V, some - 0.5 - 1 V. You can try different sources, because your amp has maybe big input sensitivity and sometimes is overloaded. /High quality CD has signal about 0.5 - 0.7 v/.

Btw i use wilson audio W/p 5,1 and pre.amp is Sonic froniters SFL -2 MKII and I use this complication a lot of years and before dont diods blink .Ok thx i write rest tomorow .Regards Matt

Systems 5'1 have signal 2 and .more V. Your amp is not for 5'1, but for CD player with output about 1 V. You can connect some CD player and see what will happen. Amp is not for movie and theatre system, but for HiFi audio listening.
If before it worked OK, now maybe bias of 6S33S is changed and tubes work with more current and they are over loaded. You can measure minus U on their all first grids and check every plate current. You can look how are connected all cathodes to ground, maybe cross resistor 1ohm, for measuring the current.

Any way I get for the weekend other BAT VK-60 I wanna buy this unit but its more older version from my and its in more more more worse condition like my BAT soo I give them back.But when I work with this unit I open again my BAT to and get the new diagnostic measurements and they look much much better like before(maybe this resolved need reburn???) but maybe I know what is happen now I think I need to make the new road on PCB but use just a wire not the PCB plate .So the question what type of wire I can use to make rebuilding ways and solved from point to point on the PCB what type of wire and where I can buy this.I go tuesday on holiday and I back on 12 -11-2014 so be start working with my BAT .Dear azazello srx I dont respond but Im very busy now and I go this tuesday at 4am to holiday . I check the all weekend the other unit of VK-60 so thats why I dont respond I be call to you on skype when I back from holidays.Regards and thx for yours support guys 😉 If you wanna see the all pictures of 2 bats and the new measurements just write so put them here😉

p.s:bias is perfectly 200mv on every Tube ,and the resistors from bias controls 1.5ohm each soo I think they are ok ,bcz they need to be 1 so the 0,5 make do this 0,5 soo big difference? I be check when i back from holidays the U minus ,how to check this? bcz I just make the all measurements what the are write in BAT troubleshooting Do you wanna see the results ? ;]
Where You measured 200 mv, on the cathode res 1.5 kohm? Res. is OK and it's for calculating the current cross tube /200 mv divide to 1.5 ohm will give You about 130 ma cross tube/. You must measure U between 1 grid and earth. + of metter must be to grid, - to earth and You will measure minus U about 70-90 v. This result must be on all 6S33S.
aa yeah that is in on the resistor r54 r154 the tube measurements have value all of them from -70 to -75,so they are ok i think 😉 kk i be respond more when I back.thx and cya 😉
ps :so what do you mean the resistor of 1.5ohm must be change to new all 4 of the resistors have 1.5ohm ,but in BAT troubleshootnig its say must be 1ohm so idk the 0.5 is big diffrent I should change them?
1 or 1.5 ohm....it doesn't matter.....it is for measuring the tube current. Like You measured 200mv /on the res. 1.5 ohm/ current is about 130 ma? What is U between plate 6S33S and ground? What measure diodes, acc. instruction? Try to find two similar tubes from the four 6S33S, acc. measured results, and place them on one channel. See what will happen with diodes in this channel.
