I have found only a few oblique references online, but nothing remotely detailed. I wish to extend the bottom of a pair of JBL Arena 15B speakers. They’re said to roll-off around 100Hz. I would like to extend that, but I’m not sure a sub is the way to go. I would assume an augmenter would be crossed-over at around 200Hz. This is only a guess, because even that information can’t be found.
Any help would be appreciated.

Any decent sealed or vented subwoofer should be able to reach up high enough to match those speakers, particularly if you position them fairly close together.
Brian - What crossover frequency would you recommend?
I’m interested in the Bucket Sub, but it wouldn’t pass the WAF in its designed form. I would build two. My wife’s tolerant, but...
BTW - Your site is excellent. I was there yesterday.
