Dear friends:
It's not the first time I receive a system wearing one of those but on previous times I refused to put my hands onto them. Now I get one again and, even I know that curiosity killed the cat, I have surfed the web trying to get some information of it but I didn't succeed. I did some quick checks by finding any Mos-fets or power transistors dead but they were fine. When I power it up, the smd led built into the PCB is blinking, meaning that the S.M.P.S. is going into protection. I just open this thread to see if any of you has gone any further, I am a bit tired of spending hours trying to repair this sort of things, but at the same time I refuse to think that all this components will go to the waste by, perhaps, a silly failure. I did try to contact Bang and Olufsen once to get any aditional info but they didn't reply at least to say hello, we can't help you.
So if any of you can include some additional data or experiences I will appreciate, and not only me but many other members I suppose.
At the end, if there's no other way but replacing the whole module, it'll be amazing if any of you can tell me a supplier of this amplifiers.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
You should not try to fix the module, unless you know what you are doing and have schematics! 🙂
Best regards
Jens
