Hello
I have seen these banana chassis plugs which are flush mounted, but where can you buy these?

This is the closest I have found are these Chinese knockoffs: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B5MFT4BC
I had to make a tool to tighten them from the inside, but they are decent and sturdy, and have the regular depth. Hole seems very slightly larger than the old high quality banana jacks, so only the "springy" type really stay in, so you might be disappointed in them if you have the "split" style banana plugs, which would need to be spread slightly to stay snug.

Quibble: these are all low-profile, not flush. The back panel of the speaker is the only thing flush mounted in the picture!
The banana sockets on the Danish speaker do look attractive - but why do they need to be flush?
After all - when a plug is inserted - it is going to stick out.

Guessing you want these for other than speaker use then ?
Otherwise there are plenty of recessed terminals. Some even accommodate plugs, spades , and wires if you have a wall/bookshelf mounting requirement.
I have a love/hate for the recessed speaker terminals on my Shahinian speakers. Very tidy, and in previous homes with raised floor I could run cables underfloor and through hole direct to the speakers and thus totally out of sight...but a pain to have to upend the speakers to connect/disconnect.
(Shahinian Arc and Obelisk have the terminals on the bottom face)

You can get those from amazon and the like- 2mm "pin" jacks, frequently confused with 4mm banana jacks. Excellent for bias adjustment measurement points on amplifiers and vintage test probes.
