What happen, if I solder short wire from -OUT (input stage of circuit) to ground and from -IN (output stage of the circuit) to ground? Will be result the same as with unbalanced Bride of zen?

I"ve got very good potentiometer, which is made by Alps and rated at 25 kohm. Should I put it on input or output of the zen balanced circuit?

Probably input. 25K is a bit high for output, since
the output impedance will max out at about 6K ohm
