Matti, this is diyaudio, not eBay! 😀

If I want to replace a broken tweeter, I just buy a new one. SEAS make some good ones: TWEETERS

TBH, mate, this 5" Kevlar bass/1" metal dome tweeter speaker of yours doesn't look like rocket science. How hard can it be to adjust level? Clue: The 1.5R resistor. Change it to taste. 🙄

There is a B&W repair service in the UK:
B&W Dome Replacement Diaphragm Tweeter VoiceCoil Speaker REPAIR Bowers & Wilkins | eBay

£35 is really very good. TBH, I think this is the eBay shop for Blue Aran at Swaythling near Southampton. Good people who are one of the few sources of replacement ferrofluid in the World! 😎

Otherwise I wouldn't have thought it is terribly difficult to fit a new tweeter behind the B&W face plate. You'd need to do some serious measuring to make this easier. Most of these things are 19 or 25mm metal domes. The good ones detach the magnet and dome from the faceplate with three screws, which is why measuring can make this easier.

There really isn't much to a modern tweeter, as below. Which is a plastic clip style. Some use screws.

Always good to do some testing too. An old tweeter that still measures 4-6 ohms DC might just have solidified ferrofluid in the gap. You might clean and replace.
