I had a lucky and i buy NOS cdm1 se, those speakers was never been used i open them at the first time this week.
my question is if i need to replace ferrofluid in the tweeter because this speakers is 20 years old, new but 20 years old.

I wouldn't replace ferrofluid for the time being if they were kept in their packaging and out of the heat.
I once replaced the fluid of my Missions speakers as there was a lack of detail. However, I have never felt the need of replacing the ferrofluid of my Dynaudio Esotar tweeters as they still sound fine to me.
Only if you hear a strange screeeech which means the FF isn't doin' what it's supposed to do ( stop extra-motion at Fs)
