b 1 buffer

i have just finish my buffer,my supply is 13.3 instead of 18volts,
does that make a difference

As long as you don't need to swing the higher output voltage
figures, it will be fine. The circuit will swing to within about
1 volt of rails, so you can expect about +/-5 volts without
problems.
