Aux Audio router

Hi There

I want to build a 6 in 6 out channel aux audio router with aux sends from each input to each separate output, exactly like the Mackie HMX-56 http://www.mackie.com/products/hmx56/index.html

The one I want to build doesn't need any preamps though, just straight line input to line output

The inputs will be fed by guitar preamps and the outputs will run to in-ear monitoring systems, so that each member in the band can adjust his own mix individually.

I know there has been a post on this by 'bodaddy' but I couldn't get enough info from the post....

Buy the Mackie. It's only got 4dB of gain according to the manual so it looks like it's designed for line in and use as a sub-mixer only.

Hi, sorry for the late reply...
The Mackie supplier in South Africa won't bring the HMX-56 into the country, it's exactly what I need, but can't get it.

I can't send a PM yet seeing that I am a new member,
but as soon as I can I'll send through a diagram of what
I want to build.

Hi I am still trying to get hold of the Mackie unit, but it is on back order at the moment and none of the online stores ship to South Africa, also I spoke to Mackie directly and they said that they don't make a 240v version, only 110v, which is a problem....

Would still be best to build one.
